Bharti Realty Ltd., the young and vibrant real estate arm of Bharti Enterprises, a leading business group has been awarded the rights by DIAL (Delhi International Airport Limited) to develop close to 100 acres of land in Aerocity. DIAL, majority-owned by GMR group, operates the Indira Gandhi International Airport in the national capital. This development will add tremendous value to the existing Delhi Airport ecosystem.
This district will be developed in various phases. During Phase 1, Bharti Realty through its subsidiary - Alborz Developers Limited will undertake to design, develop, finance, construct, operate, manage and maintain a large commercial development project.
Envisioned to be Delhi’s next Central Business District, Aerocity is all set to become the destination for top corporates and multinational companies to locate their Regional/Asia head offices in India.
